This is the view from our upper deck. A view that I am sorry to say will be our for only a little while longer. Matt has accepted a job in Pittsburgh, PA and we will be putting our house on the market in the next month or so. I am excited to start a new chapter and discover a new city, but after living in KC for 15 years, it will be sad to leave. A LOT of memories are her for Matt and I as well as Olivia and Socks. Matt and I both got our master's degrees here, we were engaged and married here, we picked up Socks here and adopted him into our family, Olivia was born here and now, we start the new chapter in our lives–Pittsburgh!
...this sunset? It is fantastic and beautiful and something I simply can't take for granted!
This is the gazebo in our neighborhood common area. A great place to relax, and Olivia can run and play with her friends.
